That looks like a prebuilt pc, correct me if im wrong.

If it is, then it may be difficult finding a cooler that will fit as usually OEMs use custom motherboards with non standard sockets (well the holes the cpu cooler mounts to).

Well, you have a intel celeron 440 (http://ark.intel.com/products/29736/Intel-Celeron-Processor-440-512K-Cache-2_00-GHz-800-MHz-FSB ) which is a LGA 775 thus cooler master hyper 212 evo might work http://www.coolermaster.co.uk/product.php?product_id=6755 and its very cheap whilst having great performance presuming it fits in your case.

Other alternatives.

That should work, provided his OEM motherboard has the correct holes for it.

Thats a Dell Inspiron 530 / Vostro 200, its only compatible with low profile heatsinks. You can replace the stock fan with something quieter instead of the entire heatsink. Usually the stock fan is plenty though, see if there is a fan setting in the bios.

If you remove the board from the case and remove the Dell cpu mounting bracket you can use any low profile 775 heatsink.
