Your LOCAL or External

Your local will be like a 192.168. something or something... cmd.> ipconfig will find that ,

or a site like ww.whatismyip.com will find it for you

Have you opened the ports?

25565?

how do i forward the ports?
go to your web browser and type in your router's internal ip. This is usually 192.168.1.1
After this, it will prompt you for a login, this can usually be found on the bottom of your router.
Then you will need to find a section called port forwarding/port triggering/gaming ports (Any of the three is fine).
After you have done this, you need to find your internal ip. This can be found method mentioned in the third post.

You type this ip, and in the port section type 25565, and have it set to tcp and udp.

If you have any trouble, I will gladly help.
