Goto a stream -> Share (under the stream) -> You will see the HTML there.

Ive done that, but it comes up as just a black screen on my webpage. Can I post the link and see if someone knows whats wrong?

Looking at the communication the twitch site report "204 - No content". I don't know why, maybe the multiple streams?

I was thinking it had to do with the bandwidth?

You mean bandwidth from your site? The twitch stream shouldn't be taking bandwidth from your site... if i recall correctly, your iframe addresses their website, then their bandwidth will be used. Iframe contents are called from client computer and not the server.
