...You don't need a new xbdm.xex, the one you have now should work perfectly fine.
When dashlaunch GUI is updated, use that to edit your plugins. For right now, use word/notepad or Jtag Sidekick to edit your plugins.

KVs have nothing to do with dashlaunch. Go buy a new one from whereever you buy them from and put it on with Neighborhood, FTP, or a USB.
