Ok so after doing a bit of reversing and looking through things trying to bypass cheaters pool I have found some intresting things.
So the first thing is there is a function that checks whether to define you as a high earner

When the game defines you as a "High Earner" you will be flagged and then rockstar will investigate your earnings.
Being sent big $$ shouldn't get you flagged but receiving big $$ and RP on missions and what not will deffinatly.

Now here is some more checks.

The game will monitor your kills and if you get picked up as a possible cheater / booster then again you will be flagged and investigated.

They DO NOT monitor your bank or cash at all. they DO monitor your cash earned! (Thus the reason why with my service no one has been cheater pooled / banned)

With my services the cash doesn't show as earned its just set straight in memory.

And here is where they reset everything when you get put in cheaters pool.

Alot of the tunables multipliers also have var checks for min and max before you get flagged.

This makes a lot of sense. On my first account with a modified tunables.json I played quite a few races to see what money I could earn that way, and I was banned less than 24 hours after creating the account. The next two accounts I did absolutely no missions or races at all, and they were not banned at all. Food for thought.

I mean, it's hard to know exactly what Rockstar can or can't track. But if it were simple for R* to detect the enormous bounties or the enormous 'share cash from the last job' exploits going on, so many more people would be banned right now. And it would be so quickly detectable that it could be almost instant. It wouldn't even be worth it to exploit.

I feel like the majority of bans are due to a combination of what you describe above (earning insane RP or $$ from missions), and player reports that are later investigated. Think about it: why would they track the dollar amount of bounties put on players? Why would they track the amount of cash shared? It doesn't make sense to waste resources on that, as for all the developers knew these things could not be altered. When they were designing the game they didn't anticipate bounties and 'share cash' to be exploitable. Tracking mission payouts and RP makes sense though, from a dev standpoint. They want to know if someone is cheating their missions, if the expected payout doesn't match an actual payout. So here we stand.

Again, could be wrong. But it makes a lot of sense to me. I'm far from the arbiter of game development though, so take that as you will.

Since you know all this... Do you know why my CP time has been rising for the last 6 days. From 2 days to 8 days

There is many more checks/ monitoring in the game. There is a max and min value on each native/ variable that if set over or under the max or min will set a flags as well. The checks/ flags are not just specific towards cash or XP. I saw a few while looking around, ;p

Rate of money earned per set time, rate of XP earned per set time, reported players, being a bad sport and tampering with values. Lets find out how to turn there cheat detection system off like a switch. :smile:
