Solved Horizon Problem

Well my friend is new to modding and he is having problems with his program itself. It keeps saying Can not connect to server. We have tried everything XboxMB has said to do. Yes, he is connected to the internet. Anyone else have this issue or does anyone have a resolution that hasn't been posted on XboxMB.

Any help is appreciated.

this happens to me all the time, just check the computers firewall and add an exception for Horizon

Tried that, nothing. Also tried removing Network Firmware Updates and reinstalling, still nothing.
