Solved High pitched noise coming from xbox when playing back-ups

Whenever I play a back up game my xbox makes a high patched nosie, whenever it is reading the disk. I used jungleflasher and use ripped xbox 360 games. I also use Verbatim disks from singapore. Should I use maximus toolbox and lower the read speed of the disc?

Motors tend to make a high pitched sounds when they are about to croak.
