If you know the gamertag you contact microsoft through live chat and tell them your situation forgot email etc then they ask security questions then give the email address

Just as Rissen said, give microsoft a ring.
They will pester you with a bajillion questions, but that's going to happen to try to prevent fraud.
Simply answer the questions with the most current recollection that thwy ask you.
-They may even have a third party step in with questions about who you are, paypal does this so i'm not even 10% sure that MS would bother doing this
