Alright, so i just bought a 1400 microsoft points card (and i live in canada) and i bought it for a friend that lives in the us, but he says the code isnt working for him... can a card bought in canada work in the us or no? Thanks for the help!

He wont be able to use it because of the diffrent countrys you live in,

Everyone who lives in Europe use the same microsoft points because it's made for that country.
USA have there own type of microsoft point cards so only people in the USA can use it.

My friend said he did that and it worked but I don't believe him. It's worth a try though. Also you can probably sell the code on eBay and than buy a Canadian code.

If he makes a account that's country is Canada then it should work. He can buy what he needs to and it will work with all his accounts.
