Solved HELP

Hi I have an old vista packard bell, that hasn't got an OS on it
I am trying to install and OS on it. I have 4, Vista 8 10 and linux
I would preferably have it in that order ^^ (I would prefer vista but if not 8 then 10 etc)

What I have

I have one 8GB SD card
I have 1 4gb disc but whenever I try to burn it gives me an I/O error, and multiple tuts don't fix it
I have 2 1gb USB 1 2gb USB and 1 32gb USB, i'm happy to use the 1gbs and 2gb but not the 32gb
I have an Ethernet cable.

What I have tried

I have tried installing Linux on the 2gb but the Universal USB Installer from linux' webpage couldn't create the bootable USB so I used CMD, but the PC Refused to boot from the USB
I have tried installing vista to the SD Card but the PC won't even go off the Packard Bell screen with it inserted.
I have tried to use SERVA to install windows 8 from LAN, but the PC Couldn't get any DHCP Offers

Any Ideas?

^^ Never mind, turned out there was no hdd
