I can't seem to get an XP lobby to work If someone could help me out, that would be amazing.

Never used that one for infections. I always use something like this. Might want to check and make sure your default_mp is patched right. If it's not patched right it will not load the dll. Or it might be patched to load a different named dll. If you check the video description in that thread I believe I have a default_mp in there I made. It's patched to load W159.dll. All you'd do is rename whatever dll you use to that and it'll load it like it's suppose to.
