Solved HELP TU11 NOT WORKING

I don't understand whats going on, but I moved my tu11 files over into my bo1 and my tufile into cache and it still says I need to update the game when I launch my default_mp.xex could I get some help.

I moved the tu00000003_00000000 file into cache like it told me too in neighborhood and the tu11 files into the black ops folder in games as said in the read me first text

You moved it to the "cache" folder?
Well that's the wrong folder.
TUs for BO1 go to Content/0000000000000000/41560855/000B0000

Now its saying I need to update my console, I up

dated it to the latest dash just now but its not working...

Found out what it was, Its an avatar update. Happens a lot to coronas. lol. bleh. 
Thanks for the help ox. Any other advice you can give I'd appreciate it. I do also need the tu23 files for mw3. Everywhere I look at can't find it. Up to you to help me. Thanks ox.
