Ok so I just installed windows xp and the sound doesnt play, nor does it show the icon in the corner.
When I try to open it from control panel it says no active mixer devices available,
i've already gotten a new sndvl32.exe and it still does it, anyone know how to fix this?

You need to install your sound devices driver.
