To anyone that plays this game, I would like to ask for some help in regards to the "Stats".
Most don't max out at 99.
I would like to know if there's anything anyone can do to help with a way to get these to max out.
Using mod's or even hex editing.
I am computer literate and pretty tech savvy and not dumb.
