My Xbox spins the game and keeps it spinning but it says open tray

Have you modified your disc tray in any way?

Could be your laser

I just replaced the laser last night and no its not modified

There are a lot of temporary fixes for this.
An example would be tapping on your Xbox there where the disc drive is.

For a real fix you'd need to open up your Xbox & disc tray.
