Solved Help me upgrade my current computer!

Hey guys, was wondering if anybody would be nice enough to help me out. I want to upgrade my current computer parts.

Alienware X51 R2 (Yes I know it's bad, I bought it long before I knew building your own was cheaper)

Specs:
- Processor: 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4770 processor (8M Cache, up to 3.9 GHz)
- Ram: 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600Mhz
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 with 4GB DDR3
- Hard Drive: 1TB SATA (7,200RPM)
- Power Supply: 240W External Power Supply

I currently have duel monitors, a 24" Monitor & a terrible 18" HP Monitor. I want to be able to have 3 monitors.

I play smaller games such a CSGO.
I only hit around 50-70 fps while playing csgo on DUST II & I go under 28 when I look into a smoke and it's almost unplayable.

Somebody please help, I want to upgrade some parts & make it amazing, thanks guys!

new CPU cooler because I doubt the one you have is any good. SSD to speed the OS up. New GPU for some nice frames. And a new PSU to power it all.
