Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a Mac Book Pro for furthering my CPA work on the go and I'm in a pickle on which Mac book to get.

I want it mainly for work and rendering videos and such, but I also want to be able to play some decent games everynow and then with some friends in spare time.

Heres the following computers specs, which is best for me.

15.4 inch Apple macbook pro 2.8GHZ / 8GB DDR3 Mem/500GB SSHD GeForce 9600M $899

13.3 inch Apple Macbook Pro 2.4GHZ / 16GB DDR3 Mem/ 1 TB SSHD/ GeForce 320M Graphics $899

15.4 inch Apple Macbook Pro 2.93 GHZ / 8GB DDR3/ 500GB SSHD/ GeForce 9600M $899
15.4 inch Apple Macbook Pro 2.66 GHZ / 8GB DDR3/ 500GB SSHD/ GeForce 9600M $849

13.3 inch Apple Macbook Pro 2.26 GHZ / 8GB DDR3/ 500GB SSHD/ GeForce 9400M $699

You can build one using the specs you want. I would recommend a 1TB or at least a 750GB HDD, 12-16GB of RAM depending on how resource hungry your games and editing software is, 2.9GHz processor (i5 or i7) with a 3.2 boost, etc.

You cant really play and "decent" games with any of those graphics cards. I would say the Computer 2 would be your best bet, you will have enough space for many videos to render and such. It also has 16gb ram so it will at least be somewhat fast. Im not sure if those MBP have i7 or not but macs are still fast even if theyre upgraded to the latest version of Mac OS X. I still have a 2012 MBP 13 inch and it runs fine on Yosemite.
