Help me fill in information so I can change my playstation 4's NAT type,
Currently NAT is 3,
Help me change it to 1,
Ps4 Ip address is 192.168.18.5

Go to the setting in the third picture and setup these ports to open

TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP: 3478, 3479

Should be all good after you retry with those done.

I've entered everything like this and The static ip is in DMZ but NAT type is still 3

If your ports are all open for a static IP, then there is no need to put it into DMZ. Try to put the last digits of the IP address higher, like above 140. Then after the changes reboot the router and power cycle the PS4.
