Solved {{HELP}} Getting an error in scotoolbox

i was trying to save an sco file in scotoolbox and i got an error id apreciate the help fixing this

i tryed saving the file as encoded decoded it wont save any way

All the globals with negative values need zeroing, just takes a minute. unsigned integers don't go negative
