Discussion [HELP] Force Hosting using Zone Alarm and Cain and Able

Hello all,

Can someone help me force host using zone alarm and cain and able so I could lag switch. ION does not work on my computer otherwise I would have used that. So if anyone could post the whole process or like a tut or something anything that will make me successful with my task. Please provide a detailed tut as I am a nub
