Solved Help cleaning World at War Patch_mp.ff

I was wanting to make my own World at War infectable mod menu or some fun offline mods but I couldn't find a clean patch, so I am attempting to make some extra room myself. Is there anything that I can do besides delete comments to make extra space? Thanks in advance.
