You're in the wrong section go to black ops 2 modded lobbies part.

Go to the Black Ops 2 Modded Lobbies section, click "Watch Fourm" like so:

(It's under post new thread)

And you will get a notification when a new lobby is posted. As for old lobby posts keep an eye on the section and look to see if lobbies are open.
