So I recently got an rgh Xbox 360 but haven’t really been able to use it because of my hard drive never showing up in xexmenu. USB, flash, and dvd are the only things that show up whenever I try to copy and paste things please help. I made sure I had a hard drive and made sure it was in their right.

I tried pretty much everything on my Xbox. I turned it on and off, put the hard drive in and turned it on again and nothing.

Do you see something that says Unformatted in Storage Settings?

If yes, you need to format your hard drive in order for it to show up.
If no, your HDD is dead/not connected - or the HDD's SATA cable is broken inside.

It either needs to be formatted or it is broken. I would try formatting it. If that does not work then you need a new HDD.
