Fixes your issues with putting your iDevice into Recovery Mode.
Been known to fix 1015 & 1016 Errors in iTunes.

Requirements:
Instructions:
  1. Make sure your iDevice is connected to your computer.
  2. Open the Program and click Enter Recovery Mode

I tried that, and when I tried to do the restore, it gave me error 21 and my screen turned white.

Hard restart it by holding the power button and home button for 10 seconds.

If nothing works schedule an appointment with an apple care and see if they can't help.
