Solved Has the Lazer Been Blacklisted?

Tried calling in my Lazer today (9/22/17) and it didn't show up in my interaction menu. Checked my hangar and insurance but it's no where to be found. Has it been temporarily blacklisted? I stored it with a previous GCTF glitch a couple days ago.
