Unsolved GTA V RGH 360 (Crashes on startup)

i have gta 5 with the 2 disc (like all have ) and i install them like normal with updates and all. it has the TU27 on it and when i go to start it the loading police lights and do not turn your xbox off loading screen starts then poof powers off and starts back up (restarts). I am updated to latest everything on my rgh any help?

press power, followed by eject within 1-2 seconds, and delete your plugins
