1. MOD DETAILS
I do this modification for myself, but i decide, that i want to share it worldwide for free. : ) Speical thanks to Killatomate85 and his mod for GTA IV, which helps me a lot with some of the values for my start. Then it was only real car facts and my own formulas to import the facts in the game. I also use Forza Motorsport 4 as a comparison in some situations. : )
So a long story short: I was so much disapointed, when i see what Rockstar do with the handling in this game. The driving is absolutely arcady and boring. Not fun and rewarding feel at all. For me, it is the most important part in this game, as 90% of the time i am driving a vehicle. I don't use vehicles just to go from point A to point B, driving emotionless..
It is so hard to make such a massive mods like this on a console, because on PC, you can test in "real time" with special programs what you change. On console all the testing is so slow and you first have to learn a lot of things on your own, like what all the values do... and also ofcourse to have a driving knowedge to know what is your target at the end.
Believe me, it was a big pain, doing all the 200+ vehicles, trying to balance "game-reality" structure.. There were restrictions in GTA V and ofcourse many of the results are not, as i want them to be, but i can't do nothing more about it.
SO, after 100+ hours of working on that big project of me, there you go!
THE MOD INCLUDES:
All the vehicles have:
- Real mass and inertia
- More realistic accerelation and top speed
- Proper drag coeficients
- Real grip factor
- Real braking power
- Proper suspension
- Real steering capabilities
- Better damage system
- Better representation on different materials grip
- Better wheelie, lean and stoppie factors (motorbikes, pedal bikes, atv)
- Realistic boat physics
- Realistic helicopter physics (not 100% realistic, because then the AI don't know how to drive them)
- More realistic values for planes (a bit more time to take off for ex.)
- Some fixes here and there, where Rockstar's values were wrong
I change mostly everything to make GTAV driving more life-like.
Works with JTAG/RGH Xbox 360 consoles.

details: Goes back to TU12 and handling.dat file, tweak some values here and there for better experience.

3. HOW TO INSTALL
Your game needs to be in extracted format, not GOD.
Then extract from the archive and replace common.rpf, default.xex files and add update.rpf file, in your GTA V disc 2 directory.
Delete all TUs. The latest one is included in the mod.
DLCs are not added and not working with my mod.
That's it!
Always make backup of your files!
PS: If you have problems with freezing during the loading screen, thanks to the user 1speed1, you can fix that, doing this:
- Start Dashlaunch, go to "Behavior" options, then change the "exhandler" option to "enabled".

4. THINGS TO COME IN NEXT VERSIONS
- Tweaking things, which i find not right
- Updating to latest Title Update

5. WHAT I WANT, BUT CAN'T DO FOR NOW
- Removing the ability to controling the car in air
- Removing the ability to re-flip the car
- Removing the auto-countersteering assist on the vehicles
- Removing the slight auto-brake on vehicles, when you let of the gas, especially visible on slopes
- Removing the handbrake camera
- Removing traction control of motorbikes, because burnouts (not brake-pushed burnouts) and sliding are impossible now
So big credits for people, who can help me on tweaking these, as they are hardcoded and not in handling.dat file.

6. HOW TO KNOW IF I EVERYTHING IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY
You will see that as soon as you push "Y" to get in a car. BUT please, give me your opinion after:
- Drift (yes, finally drifting is possible) around atleast two corners with the Sentinel, or whatever car you expect to drift
- Fly with a helicopter at least 2 minutes
- Use an ATV
- Drive the Seashark (the water scooter)
