Solved GTA V Mod Menu Crash

So i have GTA V that works pefectly without Mod Menu, How ever i tried 16 mod menu's and they did not work, i Load up gta v and it crashes and goes to the dashboard, How ever i found this cool thing where i press the Guide button and wait till the police sirens and then i get in game, when ever i move the character it crashes, even if i don't move the character it crashes after 3 seconds, Can anyone tell me why im crashing, The GTA V tu and everything is fine.

Wait, how do i check what Title Update im playing on GTA? because i did not install the gta, we went to store and they installed it.
