I've been trying to convert my BLUS to BLES and something always goes wrong. So I wanted to know if it was possible to create a UK Account on the PS3 and buy the game on the PSN. Will it be the BLES version?

You can't do it that way, you must have GTA 5 BLUS cd or you can look for GTA 5 BLES torrent. But you can't install mods on psn BLES version it has to be backup on Multiman for you to install the mods.
