Ah, thanks for correcting me, that is true! Mistake on my part - will editSome nice info about something I’ve wanted to know more about for a long time, nice work !
Little side note:
the lost slamvan is actually not the first vehicle to be unblacklisted..I don’t remember what was first, either the dukes O’ death or all the planes and helicopters we can store in the hangar now. After that came the monkey blista and now the lost slamvan
And I have 2 questions:
- Is there a way with open IV or something else to check if a vehicle is blacklisted or not ?
- is the rc bandito ( possibly other vehicles ?) still on that tunables blacklist ? Or is it now with the casino dlc on the “real” blacklist ?
1. I thought it would be somewhere in the files corresponding to the vehicles but guess not thenAh, thanks for correcting me, that is true! Mistake on my part - will edit
1. Since OpenIV is a SP program in itself, it cannot check for GTA Online blacklists. It requires some digging in the Social Club files.
2. Yes, the RC bandito got officially blacklisted in the Diamond Casino & Resort update :/
Not hard at all if you know how to1. I thought it would be somewhere in the files corresponding to the vehicles but guess not then
Is that hard to do to find it in SC ?
2. Okay damn thanks for the info
I assume basically everything else except the unreleased drip feed cars are also truly blacklisted right ?
Mind to explain ?Not hard at all if you know how to
And yes, the only tunable blacklisted vehicles currently is the unreleased cars.
Oouh, fun fact! If a vehicle is tunable blacklisted, you can still store it in your MOC without it disappearing! Though, it will be invisible, requires a glitch to do so, and you cannot call it out of your MOC But you can use it in races! I did that with the FH-1 Hunter a few weeks into the Smuggler's Run update
The information is not publically available through SC, and requires a program to view.Mind to explain ?
Yeah I know, that’s why I was asking
None of the current drip feed cars are obtainable without some kind of mods tho at the moment
Well, if you read my thread between the lines, you'll stumble upon this spoiler:So now that we have the Go Go Monkey Blista and (sort of) the Lost Slamvan, what 'major' blacklisted left? Pegasus vehicles including Spade Docker? Ruiner3? FIB buffalo? What does everybody want next?
And here's some... unusual vehicles.
avenger2 (Cutscene version)With that being said, if you find a method of storing these bad bois, they won't disappear, and will be yours to keep - until, you know, "someone" decides to blacklist them.
blazer2 (Lifeguard Blazer)
bus2 (Festival Bus)
caddy3 (Bunker Caddy)
dune3 (Offroad Truck)
slamvan2 (Lost Slamvan)
Aah yes, PC has a whole other blacklist system, but has the same effect. Will add! This is the thread I've been waiting actual YEARS for. Thank you so much for all your hard work Classique!
Being a PC player, I feel you should mention somewhere that caddy3 is blacklisted on PC before people attempt to store it. R* and their infinite wisdom decided to block it on our platform specifically...
Aww man. Thanks for testing though! I've updated the thread. After some testing, it appears the "avenger2" and "terbyte" cannot be stored on PC either. The method I was using was forcing them into my MOC. Unless someone has any better ideas, it may be blacklisted for us PC folk just like "caddy3".
Bring it in from SP. It's borderline unobtainable on consoles, and impossible to get in Online, as it's scripted to spawn and de-spawn in a cutscene On top of that, you need the exact avenger2 hash to make it spawn in SP, as it doesn't show up on the Save Editor menu either.Where do I obtain said avenger 2?

In case you're wondering how the avenger2 looks like:
In case you're wondering, yes, it works exactly like the normal Avenger. It has livery and gun options (purely cosmetic), and can take off in "plane" mode, as it physically has no propellers. A fun thing to fly!
