Honestly this would take forever, not to mention the wait time for putting a bounty on someone. This isn't a trick at all.

wouldn't just getting more then 5k out of your bank work better since if you have more then 5k cash then i'm pretty sure its drops on the ground so if it does why not just get the amount you want to give to a friend and just let him kill you once or even just call a mugger on you insted?

Or you could put a bounty on your friend, kill your friend and use the "share cash" option.
