Solved GTA 5 Custom Pictures to Crew Emblem [QUESTION]

Hello, I want a Picture as Crew Emblem. I Convert my PNG Pic to SVG and uploaded it to Social Club, but i cant save the emblem. Anyone knows how to workaround this ?
I dont want to pay for a upload, so i searching a free method...
