Solved GTA 5 Character wont move in story

Hi, I am having an odd issue where in story mode I can not move my character at all. I have tried re-calibrating my game but nothing has seemed to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Very interesting. Having not played much of story myself I probably won't be able to help much but...when does this exactly happen?

Is it when you load in or does it happen randomly? Have you tried using a cheat code like skyfall and see what happens?

It happens when i load in and no i have not tried using a cheat code like skyfall. I actually just got myself to move surprisingly. I will see if I can move in multiplayer / connect to it if I can in a few.
