You Know, Im the type of person that believe that anything is Possible. People say that the wft file cannot be converted to xft. If this is true then how did rockstar get the cars they have not on too the xbox game. They had to use some sort of program to do this, And if you think further I know they did not model the car all over again for PC users. Its common sense that they converted from xft to wft.
So why cant people find a way to convert it back to xft once converted to wft. The only problem is that we cant find the tools to do this. The resources are out there. We just cant find the tools. Believe it or not. Or Closest tool is Notepad++. All we would have to do is keep the Car file size the same.
I will keep updating this Post with gathered information.

i know u think im a random but read my post i told u how the three of us figured it out. just make sure u make room and add handling and all the other **** to make a car work and what not. find the pc real car added thing and learn how it was made and make one to work off of xboxstandards.
thats what we did we wearnt gonna release cause scripts went oo far so we pushed it to gta v release just to prove it can be done and has been done. if u can figure it out ill send the files and ur program so u can add my cars i finished and what not hopefully yet again yall crack this challenging task/ ps ur gonna need to ask program devs.ASK SOME PC MOODDRS THAT PC REAL CARS they will help just be nice.

A WHILE ago ROBATORE Had gotten the file of a real car that he downloaded for PC mods to Spawn into the game. But when He got close to it he would Freeze. The point that people ignored in when this happened is that HE GOT THE CAR TO LOAD. What he had done is simply rename the file to "coment.xft".
Heres the video. He Never really gets close enough before he freezes. But this is just an example on haw it would happen if you would do this.

Conclusions
Now what the main reasons why Files cause the game to freeze.
Usually when games freeze it comes from File coding and file types.
I think that in the video the file 'comet.xft' was able to identifiy as a xft file, But when trying to read and parse the coding, Thats when it freeze up. You see every car in the game coding lines are in constant use. Even when you are not in the car the xbox has to read lines for the Polygon Count, suspension, How big the car looks, Textures , Are all functions within the model that is used when you are even in range to SEE the car.
Now I have got A hold of the Xbox and PC coding Lines for the car. NOTE this is a computer language.s

Then try ROBATORE's way And see what we get. Now that the coding is Xbox standards.

First of all, Rockstar DO NOT convert resource files (xft <> wft). They use text-based intermediate format (just like openFormats inOpenIV). So you can't convert resource from PC (wft) to Xbox (xft) easily. You need to create xft resource from scratch, like we create resources from openFormats for PC version of games.
