Unsolved GT Changer not working

I have tried multiple Tools and none of then seem to work. When I change it sometimes when I get in game it changes but never in the lobby and I cant change it to anything in game its just stuck like that. My plugins are

plugin1 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex
plugin2 = Hdd:\Teapot.xex
plugin3 = Hdd:\JRPC2.xex
plugin4 = Hdd:\RPC.xex
plugin5 = Hdd:\

they need to update maybe the offsets
