Greetings, my first post here so sorry if this is the wrong section. I am getting interested in 360 mods and repair by swapping the BGA GPU and CPU chips. I’m experienced in other console mods and have some BGA rework equipment on the way so I’ve been reading around a lot at what’s possible. Seems there is some great info out there but its a little diffuse and hard to find (Perhaps I’m looking in the wrong places)? I thought it would be good to distil all this info in one place so I’ve started compiling info on the GPUs to start with into a spreadsheet and would like to do the same for CPUs and other hardware in the future. The main idea is to compile a list of all the GPUs and details about them. Then info on what boards they compatible with and what boards they can work with if the nand and hardware are modified. Open to suggestions about any other info to include.

These are some sources i have used so far.
So the reasons I am posting here is A) To see if anyone would like to contribute? I’m a noob when it comes to this stuff so I would definitely benefit from help. B) To see if anyone has done this before and I’m wasting my time? Lol

Here is the table for the GPUs so far. If anyone can help me fill in some blanks it would be greatly appreciated and i think it would be a great resource for the community! If anyone is interested in contributing i could put it in a shared google doc or something to colaborate.

(I have had to remove all the refference links as the forum wouldnt let me post with them in)

Hi there,
There's a couple lists floating around on some of the wikis and repair sites around this, looks like you've got a majority on there.
In future if a post gets stuck in approval we'll get to it as soon as we can

Hey, thanks for the response!

The version I tried to post had links to the sources I had managed to find bu it seems I cannot post any links due to the spam filter as a new user. Lots of good info out there but nothing complete that i have seen.

There is a good page on the psdevwiki for the RSX and CELL processors that is similar to what i want to get together for the 360. Cant post a link to it though.

I ll keep on looking and see what more i can find.

I would give a shout out to Octal450, he seems pretty versed on this topic. He could possibly be of some help if he's not too busy

Hi,
X619195-003 it's wrong. X819195 is correct part. Maybe the die marking got scraped.

I am actually working on a database too of all chips, soon will be avail and I'll post here.

Also X819480? Never saw that. Are you sure it's not X810480?

Hey Josh,

Glad to see you also think this sort of project is worth while getting togerther. Happy to help in any way that I can. However, as you seem to be the source of most of the info out there already you probably dont need my noob knowledge!

I saw it on this aliexpress listing, nowhere else. May be an error by the seller. https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32853391355.html

I think I may have seen this one in a picture with scrapes or paste on the die as you suggest. At that stage i was just gatehring all the info i could and aiming to verify some of the more spurious looking stuff later.

Hey Josh,

Excellent work on your new site, what an incredible resource. This will make the collation of data on repair and replacement of GPUs I was trying to get together so much easier!

I also had a question for you regarding the "senator man mod" which you referenced in your video on swapping jasper/kronos gpu into a xenon board. Is there a writeup of this anywhere? Havent managed to find one yet.

Best,
Alex
