Solved Good menu for Singleplayer (GTA IV Original)

Tried evades 3.0, dosent work in single player, KV is banned currently so i cannot go online :/

MD Extend V8.1 is fine for single player.
I played through the entire story mode with it.
Just be careful which things you enable, that's all.
Maybe its different on Xbox. Dunno...

did try that, however it fatal crashes on the second loading screen with the girl sucking a lollipop :/
