No known way that's been realeased.Best to make a new a/c and buy gold for it.

I can't see ms refunding gold on a banned account.Im sure it's in there tos that you lose everything that goes with the banned account i.e gold,dlc etc.

True, but they stupidly enough have and continue to refund you the amount of time remaining via redeemable code(s). Even though the account is banned, you may get lucky.
