How come when I make a hybrid weapon, use it in game, then put it back in my bank, gibs editor says it has no barrel on it?

Not my balance but the dlc it was from. It got changed back to base game and the barrel was from campaign of carnage. Thanks for making me look up there.

If the balance is not from the same dlc as the dlc parts your using it will continue to reset every time you save&quit.

Yep, you are correct. A cobra assault rifle is boss but the parts don't match. But it is totally worth it.
