I stated in my original Gibbed Basics thread that I would eventually do a Part 2 covering the Raw Tab. I've had a few requests recently to do this so I figured I'd go ahead and get it going. In this overview you'll probably see a few links to some other tutorials that explain some of the processes in more detail.

The Raw Tab

The first item down our list is the AwesomeSkillDisabled box. All this does if checked is set your Badass Stats to off on your character. You can do this easily in game so this option isn't used much.

Next on the list is BlackMarketUpgrades. This is used to adjust your ammo carrying capacities and can be explained further in this thread: How to Increase Ammo Capacity

This just keeps track of the different areas and unlocks when you explored every part of that area.

Next down the list is ItemData. This is primarily used for adding in customizations that do not normally drop in game. You can find out more information about this here: How to Add Items via ItemData

LastOverPowerChoice does not increase your OP level. It just tells the game what was the last OP level you were on. To actually adjust your OP level you must set it in the Character Tab.

LastPlaythroughNumber and PlaythroughsCompleted kind of go hand in hand. LPN just tracks which playthrough you were in last and PC is how many times you've finished the game. On a new character you can set both of these to 2 and skip directly to UVHM. If you've like to create a 4th playthrough for boosting or creating tougher enemies, set both of these to 3.

LevelChallengeUnlocks and OneOffLevelChallengeCompletion are similar in that they keep track of which area specific challenges you have completed. Both of these can be modded to complete challenges. For the LevelChallengeUnlocks you can simply paste in the necessary data.​

To modify the OneOffLevelChallengeCompletion click the down arrow to the right to open up the new window.

Each OneOffLevelChallengeData field corresponds to the main game and each DLC. These will only appear if you have completed at least one area challenge in that section of the game. If you do not have them all you can add them by clicking the Add button near the top left.

Change the ContentID and PackageID to the appropriate values and then paste in the data for each section into the Completion box.​

(Note: The OP of that thread is not updated with current values but they are in that thread.)

MaxBankSlots can be adjusted to your appropriate amount. Adjusting this value higher than normal will have no effect. The current max is 24.

MissionPlaythroughs contains all the information pertaining to which missions you have completed and on which playthrough. Gibbed currently has the function of being able to add missions to your MissionData. However, in order for it to work properly, you must know all the exact details in which would allow the mission to become "Complete".

The easiest way to mod your playthroughs complete is still with using blakwidowstang's tutorial for Easy Player Data with Python.

You can, rather easily, use this section to remove mission data. For more information on that please check the following the thread: Removing MissionData via Gibbed.

NumChallengePrestiges does nothing but the change the little number on you challenges screen to how many times you've prestiged.

NumGoldenKeysNotified does not actually contain the information for modding your amount of Golden Keys. Since this information is not character specific, it is stored in your Profile and not your save. This is just the last amount of keys that the game told you that you had.​

ResourceData contains information on how much ammo you have. See How to Increase Ammo Capacity for more info.

SkillData is that particular characters skill information. This is how you can modify your characters skill trees. For more information on this subject, please look here: How to Max Your Skill Tree.


Well that should sum up most of the basic information in the Raw Tab. Most everything else is either not modifiable or not very useful. If you have any questions, just let me know!.

Ive heard in a few youtube videos that i cannot find now that i need them about something in the raw tab that can majorly increase the xp per mission turn in and i cannot seem to find it now. Can anyone help me? or am i just losing my mind?

You have to set it to the level you want for each region in the game and it has to be done on a 4th play through.

Is the 4th playthrough still available since the latest patch?......i'm on xbox mainly, and cheat engine is too complicated for me on PC

Greetings from the Tundra aka Minnesota,
I know this post is from last year but I used the info from what you showed above to edit some saves and I am having an issue.... Hoping you may be able to help since you have previously on another post I had.

I was trying to help out 2 friends and change their characters to lvl 72 OP8 recently using the files they sent to me over PSN online storage for PS+ users. The friend I have from Florida's works fine without editing any of his profile data and whatnot (thank God cause that tutorial just confused me). However yesterday, I edited my friend from Ohio's saves (all characters except Kreig because he wanted to start fresh with new people I guess) and all of those saves are having backpack slots issues now. They vary in amount from 12 to 15 slots even though I changed everything exactly as you have it and as I did before. I even used my profile to copy the 7s and 9s to make sure everything was right. The ammo on these saves work fine and the bank slots as well (even the bank code for the 2 weapon equip slots in their actual backpack worked), just the backpack I can't get to cooperate... Any ideas why its doing this? Please don't say I have to make a whole data save thingy whatever lol... I'll cry.

Some background info that might be able to help when answering (don't know what might be relevant) :

-I am using the latest Gibbed 230 and BruteForce for my edits.
-Both gentlemen had created their characters to do their saves on their own Ps3 so I did not make a save from scratch or anything. However, neither of them had completed their first missions at all on their own games. I had leveled all of their characters to about lvl 30 from them just joining my lobby before I edited the rest of the levels for them.
-The Floridian :smile: has a bit of OCD (don't ask because I can't even explain it lol) and wanted me to complete all the challenges on his character and unlock all locations for him so I did and that worked too. Mr. Ohio :smile: did not want any challenges or areas discovered so he could work on his BA points.
-I also didn't know about the code for the backpack equip slots until it was too late so Florida had to go do the missions himself to get them unlocked while Ohio didn't because I discovered them while making his.
-Florida also had me start off his backpack stuffed with weapons and what have you while Ohio did not need for me to do that because his Kreig was holding on to some for them I guess.
-Both had me max their skill trees for fun and that worked on all saves as well.
-I have never modded levels like this before, not even for myself. I did my fair share of sweat and tears on digistruct peak lol so I kinda rejoiced and did a dance when it worked perfectly the first time...
-On the save that worked I also used some info and numbers from blakwidowstang's link you posted.

Sorry this was a long message but I really like to be thorough when looking for answers so you have all the facts... :/ If you know anything that could help me I am all ears! (Ohio is complaining, even though I only use maybe 10 out of 39 slots on my own character because I know what works for Gaige... yet it is starting to give me a head ache and I can't figure this issue out for the life of me...)

I run across this issue every now and again too and I'm not exactly sure what causes it. That's why I only max out peoples ammo and leave the others to them. If they want you can just load up their characters with some dropable Eridium so they can just buy the rest.

Since I am most likely going to let him buy his own instead of frying my brain any further, what do I have to change back in the black market and resource data tabs? Just leave the bottom two number in the BlackMarketUpgrades at 0.

I'm having trouble skipping playthroughs and I'm not sure what's going wrong. What I'm trying to do is have playthrough 1,2 and 3 perfectly completed and have the main story of playthrough 4 completed but all sidequests open. If anyone could help that would be awesome. :smile:
