Is there is a tut online on how to install gamecheat13's ai playground?

It's actually easier than what you would think. Just move the .map file to the same folder as the other .map files. Do the same for the .mapinfo file and the two .blf files.
You'll of course need a modified console and you will need a modded .xex. You can find a modded .xex by going to the one link in my signature.
