Hello im thinking about buying a xbox one next Monday because of Forza Horizon 2 and i want strictly Digital downloads so my question is, is the xbox one Market like x360 where they wait a few days for a digital copy to come online?

I believe the games get released on the Marketplace the same day as the physical copies.

On top of what Im Da Best said, you can also preload games. This allows you to buy the game and download it before it's officially released. Obviously, you won't be able to actually play the game until it's released.
