Hey guys my computer has a system (C) drive of 200 GB and a storage (E) of 200 GB and the system is full, i moved my music folder and all my other important folders to the storage and now i want to completly free up (C) of the memory so i can put my stuff back on it, how would i do this, as system clean up doesnt do squat.

You could either reformat or clean it up manually.

Don't forget about disk defrag.
