So currently I'm jailbroken. But I want to upgrade to 3.0.

What do I need to do? Can I just let iTunes update it like normal and it will put it back to normal 3.0 without all my cracked apps and no problems?

Are you running a beta 3.0? If not just hook up your iphone to itunes and check for update and it will over write the current jailbroken firmware and give you 3.0

Make sure you restore first then update, if you just update then you will lose about 30mb of space because of cydias files its a long story so to make things short just restore and upgrade and dont forget to back up your contacts, email ect

They have it kinda right but I'll help you out a bit more. You need to first put your iPhone in DFU mode. Do an option+restore while in DFU mode and it'll do a complete factory restore and upgrade. If you just hit uprgade or don't DFU you can lose 500mb of space.
