Thank you for the hard work on Forza.

I was posting on official forums about FORZA 360 EDITION what would be an answer on GT6 for PS3, because FORZA 4 GOTY is just a crap. Of-course it would not happen.

Let's make FORZA 360 - F4/FH/FH2 pack contained all cars realized and available in each game, best artworks and car setups. Improved sounds, weather and smoke effects.

Have been tweaking smoke, made it a bit lighter more whitey, so it is a bit more realistic, but its still horrible. Is it possible to make FH smoke alike in F4? GT6 has almost perfect smoke.

FORZA 360 is what XBOX 360 needs!

Glad you like the mod!

Smoke is something that's on my list -- I agree there's not enough smoke. I can't convert Forza Motorsport cars to the Forza Horizon games (and vice versa). They appear all distorted.

It's not possible to use Forza Motorsport cars. I don't know how to create new radio stations.

I think that most of the mods I've done on FH1 and FH2 are known to people which are members of a secret FB Forza JTAG Group.
I will name some here: The Photomode Mod (unlimited camera height and distance), FOV Mod, Traffic SuperCars Mod, Candy Paint Mod, Chrome Paint Mod (same effect but used a completely different method than Chrom3 used in his Mod)

Here's a pic of the FH2 Photomode Mod...

As you can see on the pic above the Height (meters) is a bit higher that the stock camera can do :wink:


FH1 Supercars = Traffic Cars :tongue:



I'll start my own thread here when I feel good enough and post all FH1& FH2 Mods I've done...so far

Thanks to Teancum for letting me use the space in his thread! Forza 2 XE Mod is one of the coolest Horizon Mods!

Yes, I ve change some values but it doesnt change in game sound, the UI and other sounds much louder then the player car sound.

Which values are you changing?

I don't have a copy with me to look at right now, but I think I changed the engine, supercharger, turbo, exhaust r & l, for both the game AND max.
like:
maxSupercharger "10"
gameSuperCharger "10.0"

I remember it being quite a bit if trial and error before there was a noticeable change.

I could be completely wrong here because its been a while but, have you tried clearing your cache yet? Anyone else want to shed some light on this, I know mine ended up making a difference but I can't for the life of me remember what I did to make it all work.

It's not possible to use Forza Motorsport cars. I don't know how to create new radio stations.
Maybe you can contact the author of Forza Studio tool, his tool can extract the model from FM3 to FH2 carbin file so he knows what the different between FM4 and FH maybe there is way to change FM4 carbin to use for FH 2.

So far changing values FocusCar on AudioMixerSnapshots.xml can increase player car sound.
