Xbox 360 Forza 4 gamedb.slt import?

Ok, so I'm trying to import List_Wheels that are from D3FEKT / Chromes 3.0's. That allow the option to purchase all manufacture rims. To my personal gamedb.slt. Here's the catch, when I import the table it comes with this popup.

What should I use, to properly import the list? Should I trim fields etc etc?

Now, when I import it seems to "bork" the definition, as you can see from Picture 1, and Picture 2. (Picture 1 is the List_Wheels I imported into my own gamedb.slt, Picture 2 is the correct way it's suppose to look, again, i'm not sure how to fix this.)

I'm pretty sure there's something really really newbie i'm missing. Me, I have no clue what I'm doing within SQL Browser, besides following a tutorial LOL. Thanks for the help guys!

Make sure your settings are like this when you import it back. So for you, uncheck "column names in first line"
