Its too cluttered, I dont like the style so still 7/10

Well, if you want to be like that.
Get rid of the fire, it looks horrible.
There is to much going on to distract the focal, ie: the blue/red and blurs.

I think that the text and background should have a different texture. They both have the blue marble overlay. If the text was C4D chrome I think it would look better. 7/10.

It way to much, I prefer it simple and attractive . Anyways, here is your rating: 6/10
