Everytime I load iExtreme it begins to flash and the says

    "please wait.... No Drive Detected"

Then I get an error message saying

"File BACKUPS\1234567\12345\Sam-OFW.bin does not exist! Program Aborted"

What could this be due to?

No, iPrep is OK. What chipset do you have. I recommend a VIA. The no drive error seems to come from either a non compatible SATA board chipset, or a non powered on Xbox. Then the second error is a link to the first. It has no firmware to read because the drive is not detected.

I have a VIA chipset and my xbox is on. Should I try reinstalling my SATA card and doing it again?

Hm, strange yea. Reinstall your drivers and follow the tutorial STEP by STEP because 99% of problems occur when not following properly.
