Can i play games that i download, that arent released yet, before it comes out?

Like, download Medal of Honor, play single player connected to live. Would i get banned? Can i play it not connected to live?

Yes, you can play them a couple weeks before the game actually comes out. I'm not sure when Medal of Honor comes out but I doubt there's a download for it. If you played a game online before it actually released, yes you will get banned. You can play it offline though.

You could play any game before the release if the ISO for it is leaked. But going online with them = almost instant ban.

You can flash your DVD drive, but someone needs to get their hands on the ISO so it can be released. Then, you still can't even play online because M$ or The company that made MoH will ban your Xbox. Just offline campaign.

MOH comes out tuesday and there downloads on Pirate Bay. i know about playing it online, but i was wondering if i can play single player, while connected to live? or would i have to be disconnected?

On the contrary of what most people have said, I've played DR 2, NBA 2K11, and many other games before release without a stealth file and up to this day I remain unbanned. Although I wouldn't hold my breath, a ban wave is expected on the release of the new dashboard.

No. Don't play it online until the game actually comes out.
