Right, I need alot of help with this, if possible, would be much appreciated if an experienced member, who knows how to flash 360's inside out, could let me add them to MSN.

I've got 3 options in total,

pay 22.50 online and send it to this company that does it.
pay 30 to some guy locally my friend knows.

or the one i'd hopefully be able to do, is do it myself.

I need like a proper explanation, as all of this is new to me and I don't really wanna read a tutorial, then attempt it, then mess my xbox up or something.

Going by that picture there, it's the BenQ/Phillips/LiteOn

but i've also seen the other screenshots (the one with the little hole below the disk tray when you take the faceplate off) and you have to see what colour wire, if there is one, mine's yellow so I assume thats LiteOn?
